Scp Colorado Springs Hotel, Colorado Springs

The hotel was convenient, but had some issues that affected our stay. The noisy surroundings made it hard for our kids to sleep, and there was a lingering smell in the room from a water leak. However, the location was great for family activities and dining options.

Upon arrival, my husband gave me a skeptical look as we opened the door to our room, but I was pleasantly surprised by the nice and clean accommodations, even though they had a strong stale smoke smell. The hotel offers a convenient location near the freeway and is dog-friendly, with enjoyable amenities like games for the family and a bar open until 2 am. However, the dining options were very poor and left me feeling uneasy before heading out hiking.

The hotel offered clean and cozy rooms with nice soft beds and pillows. The reception and bar area were welcoming, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The pool area was also enjoyable, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities and essentials, although my room was not initially ready upon arrival and had some cleanliness issues. The location is convenient, close to the Military Base and downtown Colorado Springs. However, the dining options were limited, and the service was lacking in some areas.
